Course Description:
The Quint Wellington Redwood PgMP® program covers the entire Program Life Cycle and Organization. This course is built around the latest insights from the Project Management Institute's, a guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide Fourth Edition) incorporating information, best practices and guidance for program management in the context of portfolio and project management.
This program aims at empowering the Program Managers and Project Directors with knowledge and skills which can immediately be applied to their programs. In addition to a detailed understanding of program management, upon completion of this course candidates will understand the role of project managers and the relationship and interface between project and program managers, the role and responsibilities of a successful program manager, and the relationship between program and portfolio managers. The program helps participants understand how program managers engage stakeholders and the role of the executive sponsor as a part of program governance.

To apply for the PgMP® Credential, you need to have either:
A four year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent), with at least four years of project management experience and four years of program management experience.

A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent), with at least four years of project management experience and seven years of program management experience.
